Senior Content Producer
Sightsavers has an exciting new opportunity for a talented and enthusiastic senior content producer to play a vital role on our content production function.

Background
At Sightsavers we’re building a global creative team, combining story collection and content production. With this approach we’re aiming to strengthen our end-to-end storytelling, putting the experiences of communities, partners and staff front and centre, with content that motivates and educates our audiences.
As senior content producer you'll be responsible for large scale, high impact content, with a particular focus on video, audio and digital products, working with external freelancers and our web, design and brand team.
About you
You’ll be passionate about great video, audio and digital content. You’ll combine brilliant ideas with impressive organisational skills and dedication to process. You will love creating content and telling stories and you'll have proven experience of creative concept development for multi-channel, multi-media campaigns. You will have experience of project management, developing and delivering work on time and to budget.
You’ll have experience working alongside colleagues around the world (ideally in Africa and Asia) to plan and manage filming activity, both in person and remotely as well as experience of working in an international NGO. You’ll be technologically competent, be familiar with WordPress (or other content management systems) and you’ll have a solid understanding of digital communication channels. Experience of line management and developing others is preferred for this role.
Finally, but vitally, you'll be committed to creating quality content that supports Sightsavers to achieve its mission of eliminating avoidable blindness and promoting equality of opportunity for people with disabilities.

Please note that there will be an expectation that you can occasionally visit our offices in Haywards Heath, West Sussex (RH16 3BW) but work from home for the majority of the time.
