Sightsavers has an exciting vacancy for a Field Project Coordinator to join our team based in Zwedru – Liberia. You will join our team and be instrumental in coordinating eye health projects and provide support in implementing NTD’s programmes.
Reporting to the Programme Officer – Eye Health you will be responsible to implement programme monitoring plans to ensure efficient monitoring of our programmes which in turns ensures we offer the best quality and efficient service to our projects. You will analyse data and proactively work in collaboration with the various teams to submit concise project reports.
The successful candidate will facilitate and participate in regular monitoring of programme activities in close collaboration with the CHT and Programme Officer. You will assess the programmes and identify areas of improvements to maintain quality standards of work; this will involve training and submitting reports for performance improvement. Preparation of annual actions plans where budget management will be essential with an ability to forecast project cost.
Ideally you will come with experience of working within an INGO setting and hold a degree in Public Health, Social Science or equivalent. You will have excellent analytical skills and be computer literate with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
