Sightsavers is looking for an operations and planning coordinator to work with the PS2 Head of Operations and Planning to provide a centralised and coordinated resource to support implementation of the objectives of the PS2 department. This will include managing key PS2 processes and systems, coordinating project design through the PDP process and supporting delivery of discreet department led projects.

The successful candidate will work collaboratively with the PS2 Directorate and cross-organisational teams to deliver timely, discreet projects that contribute to the delivery of the overarching PS2 department objectives

The ideal candidate will have strong organisational skills and have the ability to multi-task, be able to numerate with the ability to work confidently with financial information in Excel to produce data consolidation graphs and maps.

Applicants must be able to travel for up to 4 weeks per year travel to support departmental meetings and support PDAs and programme staff.
